Refund policy
Returns
.Our return policy is for 15 days. Once 15 days have passed since the day you received the purchased products, we will no longer be able to offer you a refund or exchange the goods.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete the paperwork related to your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and reviewed your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the returned item. After evaluation, we will inform you whether or not we will proceed with the refund.
If the outcome is positive, your refund will be processed and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or payment method of choice, within the timeframe we will indicate.
Delayed or missing refunds
In case the refund is not visible among the amounts in your account, contact your bank or credit card company. It often takes a few days before the refunded amount can be displayed correctly.

Changes
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to make an exchange for the same item, please email us at info@aboutnineteen.com and send your item to: Viale Gorizia 8B, Mantova, 46100, Italy.
.Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or the donor had their order shipped to give it to you later, we will send a refund to the donor and they will be notified of your return.
Shipment

.The shipping costs for returning your item are your responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
